Tetra Rex TR-18 ESL – General Information
The machine offers automatic cleaning, a sterile air system, aseptic diaphragm valves and a 3-point sterilization system. Combined, these deliver a clean-room environment that is ideally suited to filling gabletop cartons with either dairy or juice products.
In a nutshell, the machine forms, fills & seals Tetra Rex cartons. ESL stands for Extended Shelf Life ESL and is a good indicator that the machine has a cleanliness and filling standard that is important in food production and packaging environments. Indeed, ESL is the highest standard possible, the other being “standard ” and “high hygiene”.
“SCA” indicates that the machine is fitted with SCA (Screw cap applicator) and therefore applies a plastic re-closable cap for easy opening & pouring.
The original Tetra Pak specifications show that the products that this gabletop carton filler fills have shelf lives of up to 90 days. This includes distribution, retail display and refrigerated. Tetra Rex TR-18 ESL machines use advanced technology to maximise speed and flexibility. They also offer increased product safety and can handle different carton sizes and fill volumes.
All Tetra Rex products are built to exceed quality standards around the world. Their commitment to quality is matched by their commitment to innovation and are driven to deliver food suppliers with the machines that enable them to offer safe, durable and quality products within their markets.
